For working on this feature, user can navigate to (cPanel >> Home >> Files >> Backup). This particular interface permits a user to download and cumulating the files, databases, forwarders, and filters within a backup file. It is to note that beginners might choose the Backup Wizard interface (cPanel >> Home >> Files >> Backup Wizard) instead. Therefore, the system stockpiles the backup files as tarballs using the .tar.gz file extension.

The Download a Full Web Site Backup option can be used in creating, downloading and restoring a full backup file that will have the /home directory, databases, email forwarders, and filters.
Suppose a user wants to download a full backup file that is already existing, he can choose that file’s filename from the Account Backups menu. The backup file’s creation date will be mentioned as MM-DD-YYYY, where MM will refer as month, DD is day and YYYY as year.
This will back up the partial portions of the user’s account.
For downloading the entire /home directory, the SQL databases, the email forwarders and filters, user has to click on the desired items to get downloaded. This will download the backup as .gz file.
This will appear only if the hosting provider of the user enables the system backups, else not.
This can be used in downloading a compressed replicate of your website’s files. The user can choose the up-to-date monthly, weekly, or daily backup for this procedure.
