Difference between Domain Parking and Parked Domain:

When the registrars offers you for Domain parking, they will basically offer you to park your Domain on their servers and eventually those will be directed to the pages of their wish. This can be considered as a temporary solution if you don’t have your own hosting web page. This process is very restrictive.

Parked Domain is utterly different it gives you the freedom of parking your domain in your own server and will be directed to the page of your choice and in addition you won’t have to face any restrictions.

Adding a Parked Domain:

At first you’ll have to register your domain under a valid registrar before parking. A parked domain will not be functional if you won’t redirect it to your primary domain. You have to log in to the cPanel.  In the domain section you’ll have to click the parked domain icon and then select Create a New Parked Domain. Under this option you’ll have to enter the name of the domain that you would like to park on the top of your primary domain and then. Next, you’ll just have to select the Add Domain option to add a parked domain.

Removing a Parked Domain:

Removing a Parked Domain can be performed in few easy steps. At first you have to login to cPanel. Second,  just go to the domains section and select the parked domain icon. Next, select Remove Parked Domain. Under that option just select the domain you want to remove. On the action column of that selected domain you’ll find remove option. On clicking it you’ll be able to remove the parked domain.

Conclusion:

Using parked domain makes it easy to handle your domain and publishes your domain to different visitors on the server.
