Using the Email Disk Usage Tool

A user can have access to the Email Disk Usage tool via the following navigation: Home >> Email >> Email Disk Usage

Checking Email Disk Usage in cPanel:

Users can check their Email disk usage on the CPanel via some simple steps as following:

  • Navigate to domainname.com/cpanel/
  • Log in with your username and password.
  • Go to Email Disk Usage(EMAIL section)
  • Choose the Accountfrom the drop-down list.
  • The user will be able to check the Disk Usage as also the number of messages by the folders (Inbox, Sent, Trash, Junk, Drafts etc.)

Deleting Emails:

One of the most useful sub-features of the Email Disk Usage is the ability it provides its users to track and delete the emails through the Disk Usage Tool.

  • Navigate to domainname.com/cpanel/
  • Log in with your username and password.
  • Go to Email Disk Usage(EMAIL section)
  • Choose the Accountfrom the drop-down list.
  • Click on Choose the emails to be deleted.
  • Select a Removal Option and click Delete Permanently. This will delete the selected emails.
