One can navigate to (WHM>> Home>> Account Information>> List Suspended Accounts) to work on this aspect.
Using this feature, you can list the server’s suspended account and unsuspend or terminate the accounts if you will. Both users and individual domains can be suspended. The system will disable the passwords of those accounts you have suspended. This is very helpful in cases where the user does not pay his bills on time or in incapable of abiding by your terms of service.
You can terminate multiple as well as individual accounts. To terminate multiple accounts:
Note that on terminating an account, it is removed from the system permanently. So make sure that you are sure about removing the account and all the data corresponding to that account. It is impossible to undo the termination of an account.
You must make sure that you have manually removed the account’s backup or transferred the backups to another server. This will prevent any sort of account collision in case you want to add a fresh account with the previous account’s username.
The accounts table shows the following columns:
This views the suspended domains.
This presents the cPanel account that is in possession of the domain.
It shows the reason for suspension of the account if the WHM user has entered any reason.
It shows if the system operator has locked away the suspension. It is only in the hands of the root user or root-enabled user to unsuspend a lock account.
The reseller who owns the account is displayed.
Displays the time and date of when the account was suspended.
