Strengthening your brand building initiatives

There is a list of things you can do on how you can strengthen your website’s corporate branding. First, you can create a new cPanel theme or style that will best cater to your needs. cPanel will still be able to create a copy of the default brand and you can update it when needed.

Here are the steps on how to create a new cPanel theme:

  1. Simply log into your WHM
  2. Click on Branding under the cPanel heading
  3. Click “Live Editor” next to the theme you would like to manage. The default theme for cPanel is currently x3.
  4. Click “Create or Upload Branding”
  5. Under “Create a new branding style”, enter a name for your new brand and click “Create”. In our testing, we created, “Test Brand ABC”.
  6. When the new brand is created, you should see a message prompt.

You can also modify your new cPanel theme. After you have created your new brand, it will be shown in the “Branding Editor” page. Simply click “Edit the Style” link under your new brand.

On the “Edit Branding Style” page, there will be options that you have available in customizing your brand. You can even upload a logo or customize the header and footer. After customizing your new brand, you can now have it applied to your cpanel accounts.

Here are the steps on how to apply your new theme:

  1. Begin by logging into your WHM
  2. Click on “Branding” under the “cPanel” heading
  3. Click “Live Editor” next to the theme you would like to manage. The default theme for cPanel is currently x3.

You can choose from the following options:

  1. Apply to My Account. This feature will change the style of your cPanel account and all other cPanel accounts that are owned by your reseller.
  2. Apply to All Accounts. This will apply the new style to all accounts already created.
  3. Set Default for New Accounts. This will use the style for all new accounts created. It will not adjust the style of current accounts, so in addition to this option you may also want to either “Apply to My Account” or “Apply to All Accounts”
