  4. Choose the preferred type of account.

  6. Select SSL/TLS from the Security text box. This is going to set the proper port automatically.
  7. Choose ‘Next’.
  8. Make the appropriate configurations for the SMTP server, the Port, the type of Security, the Username, and the Password.
  9. Enter the email account’s mail subdomain in the text box for the SMTP server.
  10. Select SSL/TLS for the type of Security.
  11. Choose the ‘Required’ option for signing in.
  12. Enter the email address and the password in the text boxes.
  13. Hit next.
  14. Choose any of the email preferences and then hit ‘Next’.
  15. Provide the information for the ‘Account’ and the ‘Display’ names.

 

As soon as the ‘Next’ button is tapped, the setup process for email creation is completed.

 

Important Recommendation

 

It is highly recommended that the option selected for mailbox type is IMAP. The main reason for this is to ensure that all messages are still kept and remain accessible from other email clients. If the POP3 type of mailbox is chosen, all of the email messages are removed from the server and transferred to the Android device, thus; are no longer going to be available for other clients.
